Failure to call,  Failure to show up or attempt to cancel your appointment will result in paying the FULL treatment cost!
 

The email you receive as confirmation of your appointment has a link provided where you can Cancel or Reschedule your appointment if it is in the 24-hour time frame for notice to Cancel. If you are unable to click the button it means you are within the window of payment fees and must call the clinic to arrange payment for your missed appointment.

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time. Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service... therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients.  If you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay half the price of the treatment as booked.

 

That said Policy is Simple 

NO SHOW = Payment in FULL

Cancelation under 24hrs notice = 1/2 the appointment cost

These Fees are not accepted by insurance companies you will be out of pocket 

 

Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
